I have always been interested in health and fitness, even from a young age.
Participating in youth sports clubs e.g. Karate, Football and Boxing. Keeping fit and healthy steadily turned into a regular hobby and soon after transformed into my passion whereby I then followed my dreams in helping people reach new heights with their own fitness.
Working as a certified Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist, I have helped hundreds of people achieve amazing results and body transformations, along with helping my clients muscular, postural and wellbeing needs in the form of Sports Massage.
I also have a background in Sport & Athletics training, having helped Semi-pro level Football and Netball teams with their Sports specific training and Pre-event and Post-event Sports Massage treatments.
