My online coaching is offered through an app, which allows us to track your progress, log your workouts, watch exercise demonstrations, manage your nutrition & a live chat, to talk to me whenever you need me.
It can be a tricky time trying to juggle your health and fitness with home life currently. You may have limited access to equipment, your children at home needing your attention and only one wall between you and the fridge. My online coaching gives you the motivation, accountability and support that delivers the results you want, anywhere you are.
My clients have usually been put off in the past by plans they didn’t like and food they didn’t want to eat. I make my clients happiness my first priority and make sure they attain jaw-dropping results while living the lifestyle they want.
At the start of us working together towards reaching your goals, we will have a consultation. This is a chance to discuss your current circumstances e.g. diet, exercise, goals and specific information that regards your health and your future plan. You also have a chance to pick my brains and ask anything that comes to mind.
We will assess your photos/weight/measurements to ensure progression is being made on a frequent basis. This is where, if needed, I will amend specific details on your plan so we can reach your health and fitness goals. Your plans will change regularly. This will be written based on each feedback, check-in and information from the previous plan. Also, these changes could include holiday, away from home, or injuries.
I offer 24/7, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, communication with me via email. Answered quickly & efficiently to answer any queries you may have at that moment.
This will be tailored specifically to your goals, experience & lifestyle. Exercises, repetitions & sets each come with a video demonstration, showing you exactly how to perform each movement correctly. So, taking the guessing game out of it! You also can upload videos or pictures of your own workouts, seen by me only, to ensure form and performance is correct.
You will be offered a choice of either an advised meal plan or a calorie/macronutrient meal plan. Personal preferences e.g. intolerances, allergies, dislikes or religious reasons can be discussed on your initial consultation call. Changes throughout, can be made to your plan on request as needed. I will suggest ideas for menus, meal ideas, help with estimating and tracking calories etc. Also, tips and tricks on staying on track during social events e.g. Birthdays, parties and weddings.
I will not pressure you with a contract. A simple payment
made every 4 weeks.
