Small Group Personal Training bridges the gap between group fitness classes and one 2 one Personal Training. It provides measurable, results driven workouts at a fraction of the cost of Personal Training.

Small Group Personal Training sessions use classic bodyweight training exercises alongside strength and conditioning movements to help build that lean, toned body. Coupled with cardiovascular workouts to turbo-charge fat loss and accelerate fitness levels.

Sessions are limited to a maximum of four people to ensure a more Personal experience. A fun and sociable environment with expert attention.
